The pipe is actually very easy to clean. In fact, one of its best-selling points is just how easy it is.
Simply wipe down the pipe with a cotton ball slightly damp with rubbing alcohol. Make sure not to use any professional pipe cleaners, such as Orange Chronic, as they might ruin the outside coating of your Genius.

Another option is to use alcohol wipes, usually sold in any First Aid isle.
It is easy to change the screen.
Step 1: Open the pipe (separate top and bottom).
Step 2: Push the screen out to remove it.
Step 3: Insert the new screen, make sure it fits tight.

Sometimes you will see the previous generation Genius model become available on our site or eBay store. These pipes are from one of our Limited Collections and have been previously owned. Due to the differences in design and limited stock, they are highly sought after. Models from 3.0 series are different, as they were manufactured with an intricate casting process and come in two types of electroplated finish: Chrome and Gunmetal. These pipes have an excellent cooling effect.
This are our current generation model and are actively featured on our site. Unlike the previous version, these pipes are made from medical grade aluminum with the ultimate precision. This model is known for clean lines and improved airflow that creates that perfect draw. This process also allows us to add more color finishes and custom designs. The anodized surface is cleaner and more scratch resistant.
While the functionality is the same of all our 4.0 pipes, different collections are available.
This is our flagship collection that includes some of the first designs we ever created: Yin Yang, Top Secret, and High Expectations. These models feature Art Deco style and are widely popular among our authorized retailers. You may spot them at your local store.

The difference between these two models is their size.
Our Original Genius pipe is 6 x 1.5 x 0.3 inches and Genius Mini is 5 x 1.25 x 0.3 inches.
While the Original Genius has a slightly larger cooling chamber, Genius Mini is great for someone with an active lifestyle, its size making it a perfect traveling companion.
Both models have the same diameter bowl and fit the same size TruTaste screens. Both models work with our attachable smoking accessories, such as V.2 Taster nail and Party Bowl.
The only major difference is the Original Genius has a slightly larger cooling chamber. For people with sensitive lungs or pulmonary issues, it may be better to go with the Original size Genius.
Our pipes are shipped in inconspicuous packages, and the label says Genius One. The size of a typical package is about 10in x 8in, and fits into a standard mailbox. Nowhere on the package does it say that it's a pipe. Our customers' privacy is our priority.
We cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates. It may take us some time to fill your order and get it ready for shipping. We understand you are excited and want to get your pipe, and we are excited too, for you to receive it. So please bear with us, we are working as fast as we can.
We use USPS as well as other carriers to deliver your orders. Please, review the options available in the shipping section, we offer Standard, Expedited, and Priority Express options for domestic and international orders. LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
Genius products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty is provided only to the person or entity that originally purchased the product from Genius or its authorized distributor or retailer.
If your covered product fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, without charge. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, abuse, or normal wear and tear, including the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Excludes any Imperfect Genius Pipe sale and promotional items. These items are sold explicitly as-is with no returns.
To obtain warranty repairs you must follow the following procedure:
1. Email a request for a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) to email@example.com. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
2. Once you have received the RMA number, ship the product with a copy of the original sales receipt, postage prepaid, to:

All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. We will not be liable for lost in-bound shipments. We will pay shipping costs to return the product to you in the United States using regular mail. If you request that we ship your product outside of the United States, or you wish the product to be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Air, the additional shipping charges will be billed to you. After you login to the Subscription Dashboard, navigate to the "Billing History" menu item. The Billing History page shows all your past payments and the NEXT upcoming invoice (unpaid) for each of your subscriptions. You can click "View" to see more details about each invoice.
