Return Policy

If you purchased your Genius Pipe from us and are not 100% satisfied, please send it back within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please contact our support department to request an RMA number to include with your returned product and ensure a quick refund. We do not charge a restocking fee and do not provide return labels.

When you mail your pipe to us, we recommend keeping the tracking number on file. Genius is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Email a request for a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) to support@geniuspipe.com. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

2. Once you have received the RMA number, ship the product with a copy of the original sales receipt, postage prepaid, to:

Include the following information with the shipment:
- Your RMA number
- You name, email and telephone number

All shipping to must be pre-paid and insured. We will not be liable for lost in-bound shipments. You will be also responsible for any customs duties if the product is shipped outside of the United States.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL GENIUS OR ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE. GENIUS’ ENTIRE LIABILITY AND CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO OR ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF GENIUS’ PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR IN TORT, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY, WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
