Email support@geniuspipe.com first for an RMA number. Returns without one can't be accepted.
No restocking fee.
Return shipping is yours to arrange (we don't provide labels). Keep your tracking number, since we can't be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Imperfect Genius Pipes, sale items and promotional items are sold as-is and can't be returned.

Lifetime

Genius Life Warranty

Named for the life of the pipe. Genius products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a covered product fails, we repair or replace it at no charge.

Covers original, unaltered and unmodified items.
Doesn't cover improper care, abuse, or normal wear and tear, including superficial scratches and dents or bends.
Within the US, we pay to ship your repaired or replaced item back to you.

How to file a claim

Get an RMA number

Email support@geniuspipe.com with your order number and what happened. We reply with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without one can't be accepted.

Ship it to us

Pack the product with a copy of your original receipt, your RMA number and your contact info, and send it to:

We repair or replace it

If it's a manufacturing defect, we repair or replace it at no charge and pay the return shipping within the US. International or expedited return shipping is on you.

Lost or stolen pipe? That isn't covered by the warranty, but email support@geniuspipe.com. We may have promotional options to help you replace it.
